9 Best Apps To Use As A Copywriter

Ever wondered what tools other successful Copywriters use to manage their remote work or business?

Like…

How did they design that gush-worthy PDF proposal?

How are they planning those regular articles on their websites?

How do they manage their income and expenses, especially when work is hard to come by?

No worries! I've got some answers for you today.

I've been doing this "Copywriting thing" for a LONG time and have trial-and-errored so many Apps.

So, I'm here to save you some time, energy, and money!

After trying TONS of Apps, I've boiled it down to these 9:

Notability

With an iPad, you can use this App to take notes with a stylus pen. You can write like you're using a notebook, and the App will transcribe those notes.

BONUS: you can draw charts and upload them as a PDF into your computer.

Planoly

This App is my favorite way to schedule Instagram postings, Twitter, and do hashtag research.

EveryDollar

This App makes it quite easy to manage your money.

If you're making money as a copywriter, this is one of the best ways to KEEP your money is by having a personal budget and managing your personal finances.

Routinist

This App is a SUPER cool app that lets you create a personalized morning and an evening routine as a copywriter.

What's remarkable: you can add different things to your routine and check it off as you go!

Trello

If you have a Copywriting business and you NEED a project management tool. Trello is one of the best!

Trello is great if you're working solo or with a small team.

I

f you expand your team, you might want to dive into ClickUp.

Canva

I really can't say enough good things about Canva! It's truly your one-stop-shop for all things design.

Logos, PDFs, proposals, PowerPoints, social media images, eBooks, you can do it all in Canva even if your design prowess is little-to-none.

Blinklist

Blinkist is a really cool app that gives you audible highlights of different major books you can listen to.

It's perfect if you're busy or on the go--you get bit-sized pieces of books you're interested in, then you can purchase the full book later if it's something you want to read.

Bonjoro

Let me tell you, I LOVE this App.

Bonjoro is a way that you can send video messages to your clients or readers. I've found this super helpful as it just adds a personal touch.

Zoom

Zoom is still hands-down one of the best ways to communicate with clients and conduct virtual meetings with your team.

We use it inside of The Virtual Savvy, and we love the ability to screen share and record our meetings.

It's just so easy to use!
